Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge 462 – something beginning with the letter H

This week’s challenge at Crafty Hazel Nut’s Christmas Challenge is to make a card using something that begins with H. H is for Rocking HORSE! I coloured my card with Copic markers. The Digi file is from Bugaboo Stamps called, “Christmas Rocking Horse“. The sentiment is a by Just Rite Stamps.

52 Christmas Card Throwdown Challenge – 52CCT41-19 – Sketch Challenge

This week at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown our challenge is a sketch. I used an adorable stamp/die set by MFT, “BB Beast Friends” I coloured the images with Copics. I used a snowflake vs the star in the sketch. The papers are from my stash.

Crafty Hazelnut’s Patterned Paper Challenge – November 2019

For this month’s card, I decided to go very simple. I used a beautiful floral die-cut and backed it with a patterned paper. I was not overly fond of this paper, but in contrast with the bright white foreground, I think the results are wonderful.

I made 4 cards, 2 with patterned backing, two with solid. I find the patterned paper cards look softer, more romantic. I am also showing the different ways you can use the die.

I look forward o see what patterned papers you are using this month.

Tip: If you have patterned paper you be not like (and it not double-sided) use it for making envelopes.

Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge 461 – make your own background

For this week's challenge, I created the background by stamping the smaller stamps from the Waltzing Mouse called Warm Fuzzies and a snowflake stamp from Hero Arts. I then added the largest bird stmp and coloured it with Copics.

The month’s Technique Challenge at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown is called Smooshing. I used 2 die sets, one by Spellbinders and the other for Creative Expressions.
