This week the challenge is open – Anything Goes! I decided to get a start on my Easter cards. I choose a cute digital grouping from Bugaboo Stamps, called “Bunny Block Trio“. I coloured them with my Copic markers and placed arranged them on some papers from my stash.

This week’s challenge at CHCC, we are looking for a card without a sentiment. I chose to use a stamp by Stampendous called, Christmas Cottage. I started by embossing the image with white embossing powder. Nxt using Oxide Distress Inks I coloured the card front using yellow, oranges and reds. I cleaned the ink off the embossing, layered the card on card front then flicked water droplets over the front for effect.
Please join us each week for a new challenge to help build your 2019 card stash.
This week’s challenge at 52 Christmas Card Challenge is to make a card using heat embossing. I selected two stamps by Hero Arts. I started with white embossing the trees in white Hero Arts Embossing powder. Next using various blue shades of Oxide Ink, I sponged the Neenah Solar cardstock background in various tones. I cleaned the ink off the embossed image with a baby wipe. I added the sentiment in Versafine Black and finished the project by layered the image on white and blue cardstock. I decided to flick water into the card for the effect.
This week the CRAFT Design Team is looking for a Love or Valentine’s Day Card. Yes, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! I picked this adorable digi from The Paper Shelter, called Pizza Chef. I was originally thinking on the Dean Martin song, Amore…When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie – That’s amore! but I ended up with “You stole a pizza of heart! Happy Valentine’s Day” for my inside sentiment. I used my Copic Markers to colour the chef, and dies and scraps to make the pizza.

This week we are looking for a card that uses a sentiment as the main feature of the Christmas project/card. I made a quick and simple card using some of my Christmas dies. For the sentiment, I cut the word JOY out twice and used the white cardstock as the O and silver cardstock for the J and Y.
Our theme this week is Silent Night. I have a wonderful paper with the music of Silent Night but in my messy craft room I was not successful in finding it…insert sad face! So I made do with what I could find. I used an older Hero Arts stamp called Snowing Village CG396. Using my Misti, I stamped the images several times to ensure I got a black sky. I coloured the houses using Copic markers and added glitter mist to the full card front. The sentiment is recycled from a Christmas card.
A great start to the New Year, is to start on your Christmas card stash for 2019. Our design team is challenging you to create a Christmas themed card. I used a stamp by Tim Holtz that I simply sponged with Vintage Photo Oxide ink. The sentiment is from Crafty Sentiments called, Winter Wonderland. The papers are from my stash.

For this week’s challenge, we are asking you to design a Christmas card using mainly purple and green. I love this digi card by Whimsey Doodle called, “Hanging with my Knomies”. I coloured the image with Copic markers, then layered it using various papers from my stash.
This week at Crafty Hazelnut’s Christmas Challenge we would like to see a Creature as the Feature to the card front. I started my card by stamping the various polar bears from MFT - BB Polar Bear Pals. Next, the coloured the bears with my Copic markers. For my sentiment, I selected semi-transparent paper and used a gold rub-on sentiment by Prima Marketing. I made the sentiment into a fishtail banner and adhered it to the card front.

I cannot believe we are in 2019 already! The time just flies. For my challenge, I used a digi stamp called Winter Lights Wryn by Tiddly Inks. I love this image with the girl and her bear. I used a patterned paper from Kaisercraft, washi tape and a few sequins. The image was coloured with Copic Markers. I look forward to your take on the sketch.
Our first challenge of the New Year is Anything Goes! I made a fun card using a digi by bugaboo, sentiment from Simon Says Stamps, and a stamped image by Paper Smooches. The flowers and animals were coloured with Copic markers. I used foam tape to add dimension.
Wow, we are into 2019 already. For our new Christmas Challenge, we are looking for a card using something old or recycled. I made a quick card, simply by recycling a commercial card I received this Christmas. I cut out the card image and a plain piece of white cardstock, and paper pieced them together. I reversed the order for the inside. The sentiment was cut from the sentiment of the original card.
Please join us each week for another Christmas Card Challenge. Only 51 more to go!
Our first challenge of the New Year will run as a 2 week challenge instead of the normal weekly challenge. The Design Team is looking for something “New”. I chose to make a Happy New Year card. I coloured with my Copic markers an adorable digi stamp by Hambo – Happy Newt Year, and paper pieced his tropical shirt. Have fun with this challenge, and I am wishing you all a Happy New Year.
